Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to digital meal-planning packages sold by Ecocleanse through ecocleanse.ddd. Because our products are delivered electronically, the process differs from physical goods returns.
Digital Delivery
After payment confirmation, plan files or access instructions are sent to the email address you provide. Please verify your email spelling before checkout.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if:
- You have not downloaded or opened the delivered files, or
- Technical issues on our side prevented access and we cannot resolve them within five business days.
Refunds are generally not available once digital files have been downloaded, except where required by applicable U.S. consumer law.
How to Request a Refund
Email help@ecocleanse.world with your order date, email used at purchase, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within three business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven to ten business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong tier, contact us before downloading files. We can apply the payment toward another package of equal or greater value with you paying any difference.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review your case. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of access to future purchases.
